Product Description
- The system includes controller, optical fiber, and sensor head
- The controller has an excellent signal-to-noise ratio and is suitable for highly dynamic measurement tasks. The excellent surface fill light technology can quickly adjust the exposure time and adapt to the rapidly changing reflective characteristics of the surface to ensure high-precision measurement.
- The optical fiber is wrapped in a stainless steel sleeve and special silicone material, which can easily cope with complex environments such as tensile load, bending, and lateral pressure. The sensing head does not contain electronic components to prevent heat from causing deformation of the clamp and affecting measurement accuracy.

Principle Introduction

A white light (or multi-wavelength mixed light) passes through a small hole, and the different wavelengths are focused on the optical axis through the lens, and the dispersion forms a rainbow-shaped distribution band, which is illuminated on the sample, and the partially reflected light on the surface is reflected back.

The light that does not shine at the intersection of the optical axis and the object surface passes through the spectroscopic component and is blocked around another small hole. It cannot shine on the spectrum analyzer and will not interfere with the measurement.

- The measurement beam has ultra-high resolution and precision throughout the entire measurement range. The smallest light spot can be as small as 2.48um, and has super light collection capabilities.

- The lateral resolution is half that of the measuring spot, and there is no need to deliberately enlarge the spot size. It is especially suitable for measuring small geometric structures and contour changes.

The minimum repeat error is only ±0.04um
- The HPS-CF series spectral confocal displacement sensor uses a confocal optical path. Compared with ordinary laser displacement sensors, it is less susceptible to reflection interference from various surfaces in space. Therefore, there is no restriction on the measurement direction. It has unique advantages especially when measuring small areas such as blind holes and narrow slits.
