[Onsite] Grand Opening of CIOE 2019

Time:2019-09-05

On September 4, 2019, the 21st China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE for short) was opened at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. This exhibition lasts for 4 days and has a total area of more than 110,000 square meters. It has optical communication exhibition, laser technology and intelligent manufacturing exhibition, infrared technology and application exhibition, precision optical exhibition lens and camera module exhibition, photoelectric sensor exhibition, optoelectronic innovation. The exhibition includes six themed exhibitions, bringing together 2,000 optoelectronic companies from more than 30 countries and regions and more than 4,000 high-quality optoelectronic brands to participate. In more than 20 years, the Expo has not only developed into a display platform for new products and technologies, but also a platform for communication and exchanges among the optoelectronic industry to discuss industry development trends.

So, in such a crowded stage, how does the domestic high-end intelligent sensor brand Hai Bosen (Booth No. 3Q08-09) stand out and capture the attention and praise of many professional audiences?

1 Full product range

In order to demonstrate the company's best strength at the Expo site, Hypersen exhibited a full range of sensors, including a single-point ToF ranging sensor that involves optics, and an 3D solid-state LiDAR. The single-point ToF ranging sensor is suitable for remote distance measurement, light weight to 6.8g, easy to integrate; the biggest feature of the area array solid-state lidar is that there are no mechanical moving parts inside the product. With its high-strength aerospace aluminum housing, it can meet a variety of severe vibration and high impact The harsh use environment greatly improves the reliability of the LiDAR.

In addition, Hypersen also exhibited a 6D force torque sensor. This is a high-performance mechanical sensor based on the principle of strain. And strong vibration occasions, such as in the field of industrial robots. The four products exhibited at this exhibition each have their own advantages, involving comprehensive technologies such as optics, mechanics, mechanics, electricity, and computing, which can meet the various customized needs of customers.

In order to let more customers know about the high-end intelligent sensors of Hypersen, at this conference, Hyperson used a combination of dynamic and static display. On the one hand, the company's four types of sensors, including 6D force torque sensors, are clearly placed in display cabinets, so that customers can clearly observe the appearance, structure, and process characteristics of Hyberson products.

2 High performance

As we all know, the most important thing for the exhibition site to stand out is to rely on product performance. At this point, Hypersen is unequivocal and uses his strength to conquer "choosing" audiences. The products are displayed in all directions, professional explanations are conducted on site, and personal testing is conducted. Each link is full of sincerity and frankness. We always believe that good products can speak, and only good products can truly stand on the market, which is also the original intention of Hyperson.

3 Robots

At this optical expo, Hypersen also showed a robot fusion solution, which realized the human-machine collaboration through the combination of sensors and robots. Hypersen installs a 6D force sensor at the end of the robot. The sensor controls the force of the gripper on the end of the robot to achieve related precision operations, such as precision assembly, flexible grinding, drag teaching, etc .; meanwhile, it also passes the sensor surface. The array solid-state lidar sets the robot's safety zone. Once the sensor detects that an object has entered the robot's work area, it will trigger an alarm to stop the robot. This solution can completely prevent the machine from hurting again.

The demonstration of the on-site robot not only made the audience feel the magic of sensory "turning decay into magic", but also successfully attracted many visitors to stop and consult, and became the "powder suction" artifact in the Heberson exhibition area.

The current optical expo will continue until September 7th. Welcome new and old customers to visit the Hebsen booth to witness the Hebsen boutique! Booth No. 3Q08-09, we look forward to your visit!
