Product Description
- The HPS-FT series sensor is a high-performance digital six-dimensional force sensor that can achieve accurate measurement of force and torque on the three spatial coordinate axes of XYZ. The sensor adopts a strain body structure, which has good overload resistance and durability, and can reach a safe overload of up to 3.5 times during operation.
- The high-precision strain gauge and structural design achieve higher signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity, and the built-in temperature compensation algorithm greatly reduces temperature drift caused by temperature changes.
- Six-dimensional force sensors are installed on industrial robots, collaborative robots, exoskeleton robots, and medical rehabilitation robots. They are also widely used in flexible gripper grasping, robot joints, automated measurement and control, wind tunnel testing, and other scenarios.

Product Advantages
ultra low temperature bleaching
- The HPS-FT series six-dimensional force sensor has a built-in temperature compensation algorithm, which greatly reduces the temperature drift of the sensor due to temperature changes.

IP65 industrial grade protection
- The HPS-FT series six-dimensional force sensor has excellent IP65 industrial-grade protection, which can prevent foreign objects and dust from entering. It is stable and reliable and uses an anti-shedding aviation-grade plug.

2700Hz high measurement frequency
- The HPS-FT series six-dimensional force sensor has an ultra-high-speed sampling frequency, hysteresis is only 0.1 (%FS), 2700Hz output frequency, 24Bit high-speed ADC sampling, and supports Ethernet/EtherCAT/RS-485/ and analog interface output.

350% anti-overload capability
- The HPS-FT series six-dimensional force sensor adopts excellent materials and structures and has strong overload resistance, and can withstand 350% overload under normal conditions.

Real-time data,display
- With HPS client software, data can be read and displayed in real time to facilitate user debugging and analysis.

High linearity, low inter-axis crosstalk
- Built-in high-performance embedded microprocessor, advanced embedded data processing, filtering and decoupling algorithms ensure measurement results, high linearity and extremely low inter-axis crosstalk.

IO emergency stop output
- Hyperson’s six-dimensional force sensor can be used with Ethernet and EtherCAT-adapters. The adapter’s I0 can be connected to the robot’s emergency stop I0. After setting the alarm value, when the force in a certain direction exceeds the set value, the adapter can control the robot’s emergency stop through the I0 signal within 0.5ms to prevent damage to the sensor and workpiece.
