- HPS-LCA100 is the latest generation of high-precision laser tool setter that uses a focused purple laser beam as the measurement medium. The self-developed air seal and precision optical system ensure that stable, rapid and accurate tool measurement can be achieved under the complex working conditions of CNC machining centers.
- The integrated controller base of HPS-LCA100 makes the overall structure more compact, supports multiple cable outlet methods, makes installation more convenient, and reduces the space occupied by the machine tool.
Principle Introduction
- The laser tool setter is a precision measuring instrument used in machining. Based on the collimation, monochromaticity and high concentration characteristics of the laser beam, when the laser beam is blocked by the tool, the optical signal will be interfered and changed. The receiver detects these changes and transmits the signal to the signal processor for processing, and obtains one or more different electrical signals to determine the state of the tool at this time.
