3D Line Confocal Sensor

Model: HPS-LCF1000 / HPS-LCF3000

Principle: Spectral confocal method;

Characteristics: High precision, large measurement range, wide field of view, micron-level resolution;

Advantages: It has extremely strong material adaptability and can realize 3D imaging analysis, defect detection, and ultra-high-speed precision measurement of the surface of complex material objects such as transparent bodies, highly reflective, and strongly absorptive materials;

Functions: It can detect the size, shape, surface contour, burrs, and defects of objects;

Applications: Detection of various precision materials such as semiconductor components, 3C electronics, LED, and lithium batteries.

Chromatic Confocal Sensor

Model: HPS-CF series and HPS-CFL series

Principle: Spectral confocal method;

Characteristics: The sensing heads of various models can match the scene requirements of different distances, angles, and resolutions, support double-head thickness measurement applications, and the controller can load up to 4 sensing heads for synchronous detection;

Advantages: It has extremely strong material adaptability and can analyze and detect the contours of complex material objects such as transparent bodies, highly reflective, and strongly absorptive materials;

Functions: It can detect the surface contour, curvature, height, and defects of objects;

Applications: Detection of various precision materials such as semiconductor components, 3C electronics, LED, and lithium batteries.
