Hypersen Products

In April 2021, Hypersen officially released the first 3D line spectral confocal sensor in China, breaking the foreign technology monopoly. The product adopts the spectral confocal principle to obtain accurate coordinate value data on the surface of the measured object. Hypersen’s HPS-LCF1000 can achieve an ultra-high-speed scanning rate of 35,000 lines/second, which is the fastest in the industry. Each line has a maximum of 2,048 sub-micron-level pixels, with a point interval of only 2.9μm. The Z-axis resolution is 0.1μm. The detection of objects is not affected by the material and reflectivity of the objects, which can effectively solve the problem of inaccurate position offset measurement caused by light refraction in traditional laser products during detection. It can detect the size, shape, surface roughness, flatness, thickness, step height, gap and surface difference, burrs and flashes, volume, range, faults, and defects of objects, and simultaneously output 3D and 2D imaging analysis. It can be widely used in the detection of electronic 3C materials, industrial semiconductor materials, industrial precision parts, scientific research and teaching, and medical and health fields.

In September 2021, it won the “Excellent Innovation Product Award” at the Capek Awards – The spectral confocal displacement sensor is a high-precision non-contact displacement sensor with an accuracy reaching the nanometer level. It is not affected by the material, shape, color, and reflectivity of the measured object. Meanwhile, it has the characteristic of a large angle and has no detection dead angle in coaxial measurement, making it suitable for various high-precision measurement occasions with different requirements. The controller can support four sensor heads simultaneously, and the maximum measurement frequency of a single sensor head can reach 6.3k. The unique multi-layer material measurement algorithm can measure the thickness or gap of transparent/semi-transparent multi-layer materials and can be widely used in the detection of electronic 3C materials, industrial semiconductor materials, industrial precision parts, scientific research and teaching, and medical and health fields.

The excellent product at the China Hi-Tech Fair in 2020 – The ultra-high-speed industrial camera can be used to solve the pain points and difficulties in high-speed industrial inspection and significantly improve the inspection efficiency of industrial products. It is widely used in fields such as high-speed motion detection in printing, machine vision, and dynamic experimental analysis. Hypersen’s independently developed HPS-HSC2K industrial camera has 40G fiber-optic ultra-high-speed transmission and is a 2.2-million-pixel ultra-high-speed industrial camera with a frame rate as high as 1490fps @ 2048 * 1088bit and 2971fps @ 1024 * 1024 8bit.

The excellent product at the China Hi-Tech Fair in 2019 and one of the star products that won the “New Enterprise Award” at the 6th Capek Awards in 2020 – The six-axis force torque sensor can accurately measure the forces and moments on the three spatial coordinate axes of XYZ. It has 24Bit high-speed ADC sampling ability. This sensor adopts a strain body structure, has good anti-overload and durability properties, and can reach a maximum of 5 times the safety overload during operation. High-precision strain gauges and structural design achieve higher signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity, and the built-in temperature compensation algorithm greatly reduces the temperature drift caused by temperature changes. The product is widely used in scenarios such as flexible gripper grasping, robot joints, automated measurement and control, and wind tunnel testing.
